Web15 Dec 2024 · The noise sounds like its coming from the passenger side, behind the dash or near the firewall. It's not any louder with the windows down. After driving for 10 minutes in 45 degree F weather, the sound is almost completely gone. I notice it the most when slipping the clutch from a stop to first gear. Also notice it in reverse.
