Websounds like you one of your frets might be popping up a bit, which is actually quite common. check the fret tang (end) by looking at the side of the fretboard at eye level. Check from your 19th fret and up and see if you can identify one that is clearly raised above the others or visibly popped out of its slot. hope this helps.
