WebEach bulbs comes with a rewire kit and insanely simple directions to rewire the fixture, bypassing the ballast. I’d highly recommend them. Install was a breeze, honestly took me longer to figure out how to remove the ballast cover then to do the rewire. Edit: Forgot to mention the Toggled brand works with either T8 or T12.
