About two years ago, I switched out my eyepiece set with enough eye relief to view while wearing glasses. The Ethos have 15mm of eye relief. WebJan 7, 2024 · The 8 mm Ethos requires more outward focus than the 13 mm. The 1.25 inch adapter moves the eyepieces outward. If you want to use it as a 2 inch eyepiece you can partially insert it in the focuser . You can also purchase a barrel extender.
