The most dps comes from your skills and knowing your rotation of it, and especially light attack weaving. As someone mentioned, mother’s sorrow is stronger in todays crit meta. Also, a front bar set like spell strategist is way stronger than burning spellweave. You may say “but spell strategist is single target.”
